TOGETHER, WE DID IT!

With your financial support and encouragement, USCB Center for the Arts survived the pandemic. With the theatre dark, our jobs were tougher, more demanding, and more critical than ever before. We focused all our efforts on raising the financial support to sustain CFA through the pandemic and exploring creative ways to stay engaged and relevant in our community. Our faithful donors and sponsors have been critical to our survival. Your generous contributions along with some private and state grants pulled us through!

LET’S FOCUS ON THE FUTURE!

We are ready (more than ready) for our comeback! Plans are coming together for a fantastic 2021-22 season at CFA. While we may not re-open at full capacity, we are negotiating ways to allow our patrons to enjoy upcoming shows and performances while still maintaining the recommended social distancing protocol in place. Safety will remain our first priority.

WE NEED YOU…

To move forward and get our feet back underneath us, we need your continued support. Let’s make our “comeback BIGGER than our setback”. We are exploring some exciting shows and events for the upcoming season. If you are already a donor or sponsor, please consider increasing your contribution to help CFA return to its place as the cultural CENTER of Beaufort County. Along with our immense gratitude and the satisfaction of knowing you are contributing to keeping the arts vital in our community, you will be listed in our playbill and in our lobby as a valuable donor.

IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW…

Center for the Arts is gifted the use of our wonderful facility by the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Programming, production costs, marketing, and advertising, ticketing expenses, technical staff, salaries and more, are earned thru ticket sales, donors, and sponsors. Center for the Arts is a 501-c-3 and all donations are tax-deductible. Under new laws passed earlier this year, the IRS now allows a tax break for charitable giving – even if you have not been able to deduct donations in the past. You may now deduct up to $300 off your tax return, without meeting other thresholds required in past years. This allows you to support a great cause and receive some tax benefits in return. It is time to look FORWARD toward our COMEBACK 2021/22 season. Please donate now to ensure the Center for the Arts’ future as a vital, thriving part of Beaufort County.
