Enjoy a wide range of topics including physical and emotional wellness, managing personal finances and legal considerations, food, cooking and nutrition, navigating interpersonal and social relationships, and more! 

The retreat will also include our fabulous Women's Wellness Fair, sponsored by Beaufort Memorial Hospital, and a Women's Only 5K Sanctioned Race/Walk on March 5.. Bring your friends and enjoy an incredible weekend of wellness!

As the national debate for suffrage came to the fore, South Carolina women were increasingly drawn into the movement for social and educational reform. Susan Pringle Frost, Eulalie Salley, Marion Birnie Wilkinson, and the Pollitzer Sisters - Mabel, Carrie, and Anita, daughters of a prominent Jewish family from Charleston - are among the oft-overlooked and forgotten rebels in the Palmetto State.

An inspirational conversation with two women - Polly Sheppard, a survivor of the mass shooting at Charleston’s Mother Emmanuel Church, and Margaret Seidler, a descendant of a trader of enslaved people.  The two will share the story of how they met and forged an incredible bond and friendship when they embarked on a journey of discovery, healing, and transformation.

Instructor Abe has been training at Beaufort MMA since 2001 and has been an instructor since 2003. He has competed and trained in many different venues and is the lead instructor at Beaufort MMA. He also dedicates his time to working with military and law enforcement and has trained several close combat and MCMAP instructors from Parris Island as well as with local Fire and Police Departments.
