Women’s Wellness Weekend is sure to elevate, empower, enlighten and entertain. This 3-day weekend, March 19-21, 2020, provides opportunities for women to explore personal, physical, spiritual, financial and emotional wellness through workshops, presentations and mentoring.
Enjoy wellness activities from yoga classes to guided carriage and walking tours of our area’s rich history and visits to the Nature Preserve and aviary in Port Royal. There are also events full of entertainment, including Lunch with Author Patti Callahan Henry; a special performance by Natalie & Sarah Daise: The Room; and by Sherma Andrews: Legendary Lady Singers.

Creative activities can reduce stress and depression and serve as a vehicle for alleviating the burden of chronic disease. Local artist, Weezy Alcott, A.T.R. will provide hands-on techniques for using art therapy in your life.
4 PM – 5:30 PM | Discovering and Using Your Feminine Divinity
Introduction to past matriarchal societies in which female divinities were the norm. We will explore aspects of the feminine essence like wisdom, love and creativity, and how those aspects were once honored. After a guided meditation participants will write about how they envision themselves using their unique feminine essence in their current lives to empower and enrich their being. Instructor: Susan Madison
7:30 PM | Sherma Andrews: Legendary Lady Singers
