Courtney Boches
Baker's Wife
Courtney is thrilled to be performing in her first production at Beaufort Theatre Company. Favorite past roles include Amelia Vane (Dorian Gray, Off-Broadway NYMF), Jo March (Little Women), Annie Oakley (Annie Get Your Gun), Truvy Jones (Steel Magnolias), Mazeppa (Gypsy), Margaret Leavitt (Silent Sky), and Stepsister Joy (Cinderella), among others. Her professional costume design credits include regional, educational, university, and non-profit theatres, and an internship with Tony Award winner William Ivey Long in New York City. Dakota Wright
Baker
Dakota Wright is back on the USCB stage and, this time, he’s heading Into the Woods — because apparently nothing bad ever happens there. Dakota first appeared with USCB in 2019 as Sir Robin in Spamalot and has somehow continued to find his way back to the stage ever since. Previous roles include Rusty Charlie in Guys and Dolls, William Barfée in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Dwayne in 9 to 5, and Will Parker in Oklahoma!
When he isn’t chasing cows, magic beans, mysterious ingredients, or trying to survive a Sondheim score, Dakota lives in Beaufort and enjoys being part of the local theatre community. He’s grateful for another opportunity to perform alongside an amazing cast and crew and hopes you enjoy this trip Into the Woods.
Elaine O'Connell Lake
Witch
Elaine holds a BA in music with a focus on vocal performance. Elaine has considerable stage and performance experience and has had numerous lead roles in past Beaufort Theatre Company productions including the roles of Darlene (Honky Tonk Angels), Sandy (Grease), Doralee (9 to 5), Donna Sheridan (Mamma Mia) and Mother Abbess (The Sound of Music). Elaine has performed with Marlena Smalls, and the Lowcountry Jazz Band in A Tribute to Etta James, Motown & More and Ain't Nobody's Bizness.
Most recently, Elaine performed the role of Patsy Cline in Beaufort Theatre Company's April 2026 production of Always...Patsy Cline.
Valencia King
Cinderella
Valencia is so excited to be performing a bucket list role at the Center for the Arts! She has previously been in several other shows at CFA including Guys and Dolls, All Shook Up!, 9 to 5, Sound of Music, and Oklahoma!. She would like to thank everyone who has come out to support both the arts and all of the wonderful members of this incredible cast!
Megan Clavijo
Narrator
Megan is delighted to return to the stage as the Narrator in Into the Woods! Fun fact: her very first musical role was the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat back in 8th grade in this very same theater, so this truly feels like coming home. When she’s not breaking the fourth wall, Megan is a yoga instructor, mom, and lover of all things creative. She’s grateful for every chance to tell stories, make people laugh, and share a little magic with an audience.
Beau Backus
Jack
Beau Backus is a Senior at Beaufort High school. Beau has been doing shows here at uscb for 4 years now and would like to think everyone who has helped him grow here through shows like frozen jr, Oklahoma!, elf jr, to now into the woods. Beau would like to dedicate this role to his mom who showed him this show and made playing Jack a dream of his.

Cinderella's Prince
Caeden is thrilled to be working with the Beaufort Theatre Company again as Cinderella's Prince in Into the Woods. Previous favorite roles include carrying the banner as Jack Kelly (Newsies, JR.), Grand "Swagmaster" Chad (Legally Blonde, the Historic Savannah Theatre), Sheriff Earl (All Shook Up, SSTI '26), Friedrich VonTrap (The Sound of Music --twice!!) and Prince Hans in Beaufort Children's Theatre's Frozen JR. .
Jackson Hamilton
Rapunzel's Prince
Jackson is thrilled to do his second show under the Beaufort Theatre Company, he has done multiple shows with the Beaufort Children’s Theatre Company, with his most recent show there being Alice In Wonderland (King Of Hearts)
He finished a different 9-5 show in June with SSTI, playing the role Dick. Jackson thanks his friends, family, and directors for always pushing him to be his best
Christi Barr
Jack's Mother
Christi Barr (Jack's Mother) is so excited to be back onstage with BTC! Past performing credits include Guys and Dolls, The 25th Annual Putnam Co. Spelling Bee, & All Shook Up. She often directs and choreographs with BTC, most recently 9 to 5, Oklahoma!,& The Sound of Music. She teaches dance and theatre and is the musical theatre director at Beaufort Middle School. This show is especially meaningful, and she is so grateful to share the stage with her husband, friends, and former students.
Maren Tillapaugh
Little Red Riding Hood
Maren Tillapaugh is in 9th grade at Bridges Preparatory School. She is excited to be joining the Beaufort Theater Company again after playing Brigitta in 2023’s The Sound of Music. Maren recently spent a week on Broadway participating in master classes with some of her favorite actors and is excited to incorporate what she learned into this performance. Maren has been in every Beaufort Children’s Theatre production since she was 6: some of her favorite roles include Olaf in Frozen, Jr., Annie in Annie, Jr., Alice in Alice in Wonderland, Jr., and Thing 2 in Seussical, Jr.
Mike McFee

Mike is honored to share the stage once again with the Beaufort Theatre Company. Mike can be found serving the public as the long-standing Mayor Pro Tem of the city of Beaufort. He is also a Real Estate Broker with 35 years of experience at Hometown Realty. Mike's past favorite stage credits with the company include Mama Mia, Guys and Dolls, Forbidden Broadway, Eight Track: Sounds of the 70's, Broadway Review, Spamalot, and Bedford Falls. Mike has also performed internationally with the Mesilla Valley Chorale from Las Cruces, NM.

Kati White - Tatter
Cinderella's Mother
Kati couldn't be more grateful to the Beaufort Theatre Company for another opportunity to share the stage with her son, Caeden, in Into the Woods as Cinderella's Mother. Previous favorite roles include Cinderella (abroad in the UK), Margaret March (Little Women, the Musical) and Belle (A Musical Christmas Carol). Past roles at the CFA include Vivian (Oklahoma!) and Baroness Elberfeld/Nun (The Sound of Music). Kati is so thankful for the amazing theatre family and community here at the CFA.
Caroline Jackovich-Pazur
Cinderella's Stepmother
Caroline Jackovich-Pazur is thrilled to be returning to the stage in Into the Woods as the Stepmother. Previous favorite roles include Aunt March in Little Women, Queen Constantina in Cinderella, and Mabel in The Pajama Game. When she’s not performing, Caroline works at Riverview Charter School, where she enjoys helping young learners grow in confidence and curiosity. In her free time, she loves going to Disney, and spending time with her wife, Katie, and their three dogs. Caroline would like to thank her family, friends, and the incredible cast and crew for their support. She hopes you enjoy your journey Into the Woods!
Anne Grace Wells

Annie [Florinda] is thrilled to be a part of this production! She has learned so much and is having a blast. Some of her favorite roles include Gabriella in High School Musical and Katherine in Newsies. When she’s not on stage, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being involved in church and finding new ways to grow as a performer. She would like to thank her family, cast mates, and directors for their constant encouragement and support. She would also like to thank her Lord and Savior for the blessing this theatre company has been to her.
Chloe Fry

Chloe is excited to be making her CFA debut! Previously, she has performed in Bluffton and Hilton Head as Sue Snell/Carrie, Olive/25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Anne Dindon/La Cage Aux Folles, and adult ensemble/mayor's wife in Bye Bye Birdie. Offstage, she’s a media arts student at USCB and an active participant in her school’s IDST/Theatre program, where she has since played Mrs. Cratchitt/Turkey Boy/Caroler in A Christmas Carol and participated in a workshopped reading of an original play. She would like to thank all of her friends/family for their support, as well as previous cast, crew, and directors for helping her discover a passion for theatre and continuing to inspire her to pursue more shows.
Alyssa Wells
Rapunzel
Alyssa is so excited to be returning to the Beaufort Theatre Company stage after a brief hiatus in Greenville. Favorite roles include Natalya in “The Proposal,” Belle in “Beauty and the Beast,” and Liesl in “The Sound of Music.” She is a college senior studying Business Administration at North Greenville University. When not at the theatre, she is most likely working as a barista at Magnolia Cafe or spending time with her family and friends. Philippians 4:6-8
Chris Barr
Mysterious Man / Cinderella's Father
Beau Backus is a 17 year old junior at Beaufort high school. Beau has been doing musical theatre for 3 years now being part of past productions of Oklahoma!, The Wiz, Footloose, and others. Beau spent his summer at a theatre institute in Hilton head called SSTI, learning more about musical theatre. Beau is excited to preform this show with this lovely cast and crew!

After surviving the French catapults in Spamalot, pushing a peddler’s cart full of wares all around Oklahoma!, and being Dick in 9 to 5, I’m somehow back for round four. Apparently, the quick-change panic and the fear of flubbing lines is deeply addictive.
A massive thank you to the rest of the cast and whole USCB family and especially to the stage crew for hiding my missed cues! And of course a shout out to my wife for listening to me rehearse the exact same three lines for two months straight. Enjoy the show—we literally put fake blood, fake sweat, and fake tears into it!
Madeline Richardson

Madeline Richardson is thrilled to be joining the cast of Into the Woods! She has previously performed as the Cat in the Hat in Seussical, Tweedle Dee in Alice in Wonderland, and Specs in Newsies. Outside of theatre, Madeline loves art and gardening and enjoys working with wedding flowers and selling flowers at her local farmers market. She is extremely excited to be making her debut with the adult theatre!.
